We service all of Tampa including Northdale, South Tapa, Channelside, Hyde Park, Davis Island, Carrollwood, Westchase, Town & Country, Odessa, Cheval, Land O’Lakes, Lutz, New Tampa, Tampa Palms, Brandon, Riverview, FishHawk, Valrico, Ybor City, and even Apollo Beach. We also service portions of East Pasco (Lutz and Wesley Chapel). 

A regular cleaning is considered maintenance where we come in on a routine basis to keep your home clean.  This cleaning includes cleaning of the bathrooms, kitchen, all rooms, emptying of all the wastebaskets, light dusting of ceiling fans & baseboards, and vacuuming and mopping of all flooring.

Our prices are based off of the square footage, along with other factors such as condition of your home, number of residents, number of pets, etc. As a professional cleaning company, we clean your entire home, not just certain rooms. We price by the job and not by the hour, which means we’ll never come back and ask you for more money. If you’re looking for ultra-cheap, we’re not the cleaning company for you. We hire the best cleaners in the industry and we pay them a living wage and that’s why our prices are higher than most cleaning companies.

We bring all of our own cleaning products and equipment. There’s nothing at all that you need to provide us. All of our cleaning products are Green-Clean Certified, which means they’re safe for you, your family, and your pets. We also used the best HEPA-filtered vacuum cleaners in the industry which are proven to improve indoor air quality.

We are happy to perform extra tasks in your home, however, you will need to call our office prior to your cleaning so we can update your field sheet with the work to be performed in your home.  Also, most extra tasks require additional time, which is also more money. Your price will be adjusted for the extra task(s) needed in your home that day.

Of course! We properly vet all of our employees and every employee undergoes a thorough background check before they’re hired.  Furthermore, all of our employees wear company ID’s which show proof of proper background check.

If something goes wrong during your appointment, please call our office and speak with Durinda, our Customer Service Manager. She will make sure that you’re taken care of and that we resolve your issue immediately.

Yes, everything in our system (including your credit card) is encrypted. Furthermore, a 2-step authentication is required for access inside of our software.

Yes, all of our employees have been properly background checked. We use an outside company called Ask The Seal to perform our background checks. They even go one step further and award a Seal of Approval that verifies our company as being properly insured, paying all General Liability and Workers Compensation.

Our satisfaction guarantee policy means if you’re not fully satisfied with your cleaning, we will come back to make right. All we ask is that we’re notified within the first 24 hours since the home will still be in the same state it was when it was cleaned.

We do NOT offer any sort of refund or discount on our services. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’ll come back to make it right. We’re in the business of making people happy and we’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re satisfied with your cleaning.
